E-Con Electric Inc. is acquiring Current Technologies Inc.
E-Con Electric Inc and Current Technologies are excited to announce that E-Con Electric Inc., based in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, is acquiring Current Technologies Inc. (CTI) from Port Edwards, Wisconsin. The anticipated closing date for this transaction is June 21, 2024.
Current Technologies key personnel, including Mark Hamus, Rick Rustad, Jesse Smrz, Kim Schenk, along with all field staff will continue in their current roles, preserving the continuity of service and expertise that you have come to rely on. All operations will be consolidated at E-Con Electric’s newly expanded office, warehouse, and prefabrication facility on Highway 54, east of Wisconsin Rapids.
